How we made this product:
Unlike jerky, Biltong is made by carefully marinating the most ideal pieces of meat in aromatic herbs and spices from across the world. The meat is then air-dried and cured over several days in highly controlled chambers.
The air drying and curing process lock in the rich bold flavours while not damaging or reducing the lean proteins and nutrients along the way. This is what we call a win-win.
All our Biltong products are hand-made right here in Beautiful British Columbia.
